We are pleased to share that applications are now open for the Transforming Your Leadership and Management Skills course offered through the University of Washington’s eDGH program, hosted under the Operation Smile – WiSA Site Group.
Course Details:

When applying, participants should select Operation Smile – WiSA Site Group, the “Site-based participant” option and then choose our site from the list that appears (based on the WiSA country membership).
We have a total of 50 seats available for this course.
Course Dates: starts on 26 January – end on 5 April 2026
Duration: 10 weeks
Prerequisites: English reading/writing proficiency (required)
Time commitment: 6-9 hours/week
Over the past two cycles, we have received 10–15 strong applications from WiSA members. Building on this interest and engagement, we are also opening this year’s applications to include Women in Medicine (WIM) alumnae from Ethiopia and Peru.
To ensure that WiSA members have first access, the application will remain open exclusively for WiSA members until 30 November 2025. Starting 1 December, applications will open for WIM alumnae.
